About Ideal Protein:

The Ideal Protein protocol is a medical grade weight loss program designed to promote fat loss and support muscle mass. The quality of protein used in Ideal Protein diet products has an impact on effective protein absorption allowing dieters to maintain muscle mass as well as burn fat. There’s a wide variety of food available to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. All of the foods are easy to prepare and taste delicious.

Secondly, our dieters use our nutrient-rich supplements such multivitamins, calcium, Omega 3s, and potassium, key ingredients in muscle building and electrolytes. These supplements replace those normally found in foods restricted on the Ideal Protein protocol.
