Tai Ji is a series of gently moving exercises, that engage and benefit,
both mind and body. Daily practice of Tai Ji will help to improve muscle tone,
agility, coordination, concentration and balance.
Introduction to Tai Ji:
March 31 – June 9. Monday nights 7:00 – 8:00 p.m., in the Yoga.
Tai Ji for Seniors:
April 2 – June 11. Wednesday Mornings 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.,
In the Yoga Room at Nutrition World. Four Tai Ji forms will be taught.
These can be done seated or standing. Adaptations can be
made to accommodate physical needs or limitations.
Cost: $10 per class; special discounts offered for new students.

Karen L. Wilson has been studying Tai Ji since 2002.
In 2007, she was certified by Dr. Zibin Guo, as a Tai Ji Quan instructor.
Mrs. Wilson has taught a variety of beginning classes since then.
